What Youll Be Doing

• Leading a small crew on residential install projects
• Installing garage floor coatings (epoxy / polyaspartic)
• Setting up custom garage storage cabinets and slat wall panels
• Installing or replacing garage doors and openers
• Using power tools, leveling systems, and your mechanical know-how to get clean, pro results
• Making homeowners proud of their garage!

What Were Looking For

• 2+ years of experience as a crew / team lead
• Experience with garage door installation is a big plus
• Strong with power tools and basic carpentry
• Reliable, organized, and a solid communicator
• Valid Drivers License and legal eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Someone who takes pride in physical work and likes to stay busy
• A natural leader who can motivate the team and keep things moving
