What You Will Be Doing :

• Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
• Providing product / service information and resolving concerns
• Processing orders, returns, and account updates
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions
• Working with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction

What You Will Need to Have :

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

A friendly and patient attitude with a customer-first mindset

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Basic computer skills and experience with CRM software (a plus!)

Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
