Responsibilities :

• Provide leadership and oversight for Epic Ambulatory applications, including planning, implementation, maintenance, upgrades, and optimization.
• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of Epic-certified analysts and support staff.
• Collaborate with clinical, operational, and administrative leaders to align IT capabilities with organizational strategies and clinical workflows.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for ambulatory application projects, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and resource allocation for system initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, Meaningful Use, and other applicable regulations and standards.
• Monitor system performance, lead troubleshooting, and oversee upgrades and enhancements with Epic representatives.
• Track KPIs and metrics, drive continuous improvement, and lead change management and training initiatives.
