A company is looking for a Client Success Manager / Client Success Strategist.
Key Responsibilities
Manage client accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention, optimizing onboarding and adoption of services
Conduct data analysis and generate insights to address client needs and support upselling opportunities
Facilitate revenue growth through account renewals and by identifying additional service opportunities
Qualifications & Experience
5+ years in client success, account management, or market research, preferably in a SaaS environment
Ability to analyze data and translate it into strategic business insights
Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients and stakeholders
Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; Master's degree preferred
