Key Responsibilities
Navigate electronic health records to validate and document patient information while ensuring HIPAA compliance
Manage a high volume of incoming calls, addressing patient needs such as scheduling, medication refills, and insurance inquiries
Schedule patient visits, verify insurance eligibility, and communicate with healthcare providers regarding clinical information
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
2-5 years of experience in customer service or healthcare
Typing speed of at least 35 wpm with 90% accuracy
Availability for full-time training for 4 weeks
Must reside within 1 hour of St. Louis, Missouri
