We're seeking a Process Engineer (Quality) to serve as a key bridge between Innovation, Operations, and Quality driving process optimization, product integrity, and consumer satisfaction at the highest level.

What You'll Do :

Serve as the on-site technical leader supporting daily plant operations, addressing quality issues, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Lead process validation and control , including Cleaning & Sanitization validation, risk assessments, and Validation Master Plan management.

Support technical transfer , including SAP item setup, process documentation, and Management of Change accountability.

Partner cross-functionally with R&D, Operations, Procurement, and Quality to ensure seamless execution of new product introductions and formula changes.

Review and optimize processes, specifications, and labeling to maintain compliance and exceed consumer quality expectations.

Lead product inspections, line trials, and quality KPIs , ensuring consistent operational readiness.

Conduct training sessions on GMP, validation, and quality standards to build organizational excellence.

Use data-driven tools such as CAPA, Control Charts, and Deviation Reports to strengthen continuous improvement initiatives.

What You Bring :

Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering, Chemistry, or related field.

25 years of experience in manufacturing or quality engineering, preferably within a regulated (FDA, cGMP, 21 CFR 210 / 211) environment.

Strong background in validation, process optimization, and change control .

Working knowledge of SAP, InBatch, KNEAT , or other validation / quality systems.

Excellent project management, analytical, and communication skills.
