to support clients while they plan, prepare for, and experience
their trips. In this work-from-home role, you will provide
guidance, handle travel-related requests, and ensure clients feel
supported every step of the way. Key Responsibilities Assist
clients remotely via email, phone, and messaging platforms Support
travel reservations, itinerary updates, cancellations, and special
requests Provide clear guidance on destinations, travel
requirements, and agency processes Monitor upcoming trips and
proactively reach out to clients when needed Address questions or
concerns professionally, ensuring a positive client experience
Ideal Candidate Strong communication skills, both written and
verbal Customer service experience (travel, hospitality, or support
roles preferred) Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment Quick
