Mortgage Processor
Pay Range : $20.00 $30.00 per hour
Schedule : Monday Friday, 9 : 00 a.m. 5 : 30 p.m.; Saturday, 9 : 00 a.m. 12 : 15 p.m. Must be available for a rotating schedule to meet department and membership needs.

In this role, you'll play a key part in reviewing, processing, and coordinating mortgage loan closingsensuring every loan file is accurate, compliant, and ready for approval. You'll work closely with members, realtors, and third-party service providers to deliver a smooth, positive lending experience from start to finish. What You'll Do :
- Review and validate all mortgage documentation and submit complete files to underwriting.
- Audit pre-closing packages for accuracy and compliance.
- Order appraisals, title work, and credit reports to support loan processing.
- Coordinate loan closings and assist with member mortgage inquiries.
- Communicate regularly with members, realtors, and service partners to ensure timelines are met.
- Participate in mortgage-related community events during and outside regular business hours.
- Prepare reports and assist with additional administrative tasks as needed.
What We're Looking For :
High school diploma or equivalent required; 2+ years of mortgage or loan processing experience preferred.Knowledge of Texas and New Mexico real estate and title insurance laws.Understanding of mortgage loan policies, documentation, and forms.Must be registered with the NMLS and able to pass a national background check.Familiarity with secondary market and government underwriting guidelines.Why You'll Love Working Here :
