BCBA Clinical Director - Sign-On Bonus

Killeen, TX | Full-Time | Competitive annual salary

Duties:

• Oversee clinic operations, supervise staff, and manage caseloads.
• Develop treatment plans, monitor progress, and adjust goals as needed.
• Provide caregiver training and collaborate with families.
• Support and mentor BCBAs, RBTs, and technicians.
• Ensure high-quality, ethical care that aligns with BACB standards.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification (required).
• 3+ years of BCBA experience (5 preferred), with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work directly with children in therapy.
