Responsibilities
Answering incoming phone calls and determining who is best equipped to help with customer and prospect needs. Administrative Support : Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
Customer Interaction : Greet clients and visitors warmly, answering queries both in person and electronically.
Scheduling : Help in scheduling client meetings and maintaining the office calendar efficiently.
Record Keeping : Maintain accurate client records and ensure confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
Insurance Documentation : Aid in the preparation and processing of insurance documents and claims forms.
Office Maintenance : Assist in keeping the office environment organized and tidy.
Requirements
Experience : Previous administrative or office experience, especially in an insurance setting, is helpful but not required.
Phone friendly easy to understand voice.
Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Organizational Skills : Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
