Job description

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

New Bern, North Carolina

$80k–$95k + up to $10k bonus

Too many BCBAs feel stretched thin, high caseloads, late evenings, and little room for the work that matters most. This role offers something different. With a structured Monday to Friday, 8 : 30am–6 : 30pm schedule and 110 monthly billable hours (27.5 / week), you'll finally have the time and space to do meaningful clinical work without sacrificing your own wellbeing.

You'll be part of a supportive team that believes in collaboration, not isolation. Leadership here invests in you, not just your billables. There's ongoing mentorship, CEU support, and a clear pathway into senior roles if that's where you see your career heading.

What you'll do :

  • Create and oversee ABA programmes that prioritise clinical integrity over volume
  • Guide and support Behaviour Technicians so they feel valued and effective
  • Work directly with families to build trust and ensure continuity of care
  • Use data and progress tracking tools to measure growth, not just output
  • Take part in a culture where clinician voice and judgement come first

What you'll receive :

  • Base salary $80k–$95k plus up to $10k in bonus potential
  • Monthly performance incentives that reward consistency and quality
  • Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with employer match
  • 2 weeks PTO , paid holidays, and CEU reimbursement
  • A workplace culture that puts your wellbeing on equal footing with client success
  • If you've been searching for a role where your expertise is trusted, your workload is sustainable, and you can enjoy your evenings again, this New Bern position is built for you.
