Job Summary
Key Responsibilities :
- Functions as the Start-up Captain for all new accounts
- Develops the start-up plan, coordinates resources and other logistics related to the start-up
- Collaborates with the IS Department and Augmentix
- Manages the start-up budget for new accounts
- Helps Implement the Crothall Patient Transport program
- Proficient user of all internal software programs for Patient Transport Division
- Supports Transport accounts in the understanding and operation of system applications
- Collects and analyzes facility data including, occupancy data etc., develops appropriate staffing levels based on industry standards, company benchmarking and personal experience
- Surfaces hard to collect data through direct interviews, observation, experience and other methods skillfully estimates labor components for each function and area. Evaluates and determines capital equipment needs based on staffing and function needs
- Prepares the labor and non-labor costing in accordance with Company guidelines and protocol
- Performs time studies and develops accurate projections for transport dispatch time, response time, active time and total turnaround time
- Identifies and develops a corrective plan for quality and service issues
- Recommends best practice synergies, which may include bed tracking, call center concept etc.
- Performs Operations Audits as needed
- Troubleshoots problem accounts, reviewing system implementation and application
- Provides support, training and recommendations to the on site management team
- Establishes and maintains "Foundations" level accounts for new and ongoing development of managers
- Provides orientation and management training to existing and new management teams.
Preferred Qualifications :
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experienceFive to eight years Director level experience in patient transport with high customer / client contact requiredAbility to communicate effectively in written format and oral presentationsAbility to multi-tasks and establish prioritiesAbility to maintain organization in a changing environmentExhibits initiative, responsibility, flexibility and leadershipPossess a thorough knowledge of contract administration and office proceduresAbility to use working knowledge of working environment to meet established goals and objectivesProficient in the use of Windows based office software including but not limited to Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OutlookAssociates at Crothall are offered many fantastic benefits.
