Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Position Overview

A high-volume anesthesia team in North Central Florida is seeking experienced CRNAs for locum tenens coverage. This role offers flexible full-time day shifts (8s or 10s), participation in a care team model, and the opportunity to work a broad mix of cases. Call participation is required. All clinicians must have at least two years of post-training experience and live outside a 75-mile radius. No emergency privileges are available, and a virtual interview with site leadership is required. Assignment Highlights

Full-time coverage only - must be available every week of the month

Day shifts only - Monday through Sunday

8s and 10s available

Required call :

Weekday beeper : 3 : 30p-7a

Weekend 24-hour call : 7a-7a (every other month)

Monthly volume : 1,800 surgical cases and 325 OB deliveries

Interview with Site Medical Director required before credentialing

Credentialing timeline : 90 days Skills & Experience

Active Florida CRNA license - Required

Board Certification - Required

ACLS (AHA only) - Required

Minimum 2 years of CRNA experience - Required

No new graduates

Must live >

75 miles from the facility

No prior work at this site or any Envision-affiliated facility within 24 months

Clean malpractice and background history - Required

Care Team Model : 25 CRNAs / 19 MDs Case Types

General, Ortho, GI / Endo, Eyes, Healthy Peds, Urology, Robotics

OB / GYN, Bariatrics, Vascular, Cardiac Ablations, IR, Neuro-IR, Bronchoscopy

No trauma, no open-heart, no high-risk OB
