The Daughters of Charity is a senior living community for the retired Sisters of the Daughters of Charity offering independent, assisted and memory care. We are located in Menands, NY, in a wonderful parklike setting. We are looking for a compassionate, team-oriented individual to join us as Full Time Resident Assistants for the 7 : 00am-3 : 00pm shift. Must be able to work weekends and holidays. Experience in an assisted living environment is preferred.

The Resident Assistant / Medication Technician is an integral part of our group and assists with the care of our Sisters. We are seeking caring, compassionate individuals who enjoy working with an older population. You will be working in a person respected care environment where our Sisters' choices matter. Interested individuals should be able to react positively to change, assist in maintaining excellent teamwork and morale, work with others to determine and achieve goals. Prior certification as a CNA, or HHA, is preferred and experience in the field of medication administration.

Differentials available- 1st shift, Saturday / Sunday, $3.00 / hour more

2nd or 3rd shift, Monday-Friday, $3.00 / hour more

2nd or 3rd shift, Saturday / Sunday, $6.00 / hour more

Shift hours- 1st shift 7am -3pm

2nd shift 3pm-11pm

3rd shift 11pm-7am
