Home Care Nurse- RN

The Nurse Directed Services Manager oversees and carries out all the nursing responsibilities involved with maintaining a comprehensive license for Home Care with the MN Department of Health. This includes Care Pro training for Care Pro's who provide Nurse Directed Services, Client Quality Insurance visits and assessments, and supervisory visits. This position is full-time and paid hourly.

What we will require :

• Applicants must be at least 21 years old
• Must have a valid and active Registered Nurse license in the State of Minnesota.
• Able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
• Must be willing to travel throughout our service area. Mileage is reimbursed.
