Summary / Objective :

Perform all duties related to the timely and accurate posting of cash, validation of deposits and posting detail, and resolution to outstanding bank reconciling items.

Essential Job Functions :

• PullEOBs from websites, billing systems, internal drives, etc. as needed to identifycash to be posted to appropriate payer
• Knowledgeableon reading and understanding EOBs including identifying and adjusting copayamounts to proper payers
• Createcash batch in Point Click Care (PCC)
• Postspayments (from all sources except Private Pay) to A / R system
• Cross-validatespayments posted by counterpart (cash batch posting detail to record of receipt)
• Verifiesall cash batches are posted to AR and balanced daily
• Otherduties as assigned
