Job Profile Responsibilities

• Lead and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables for workforce architecture initiatives.
• Coordinate efforts across job architecture, career pathing, and skills mapping workstreams.
• Partner with analysts to audit and maintain job profiles, leveling frameworks, and taxonomy.
• Support system configuration efforts in Workday to align position and job data with organizational needs.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement across HR, TA, Finance, and Technology teams.
• Monitor data quality and support reporting needs tied to workforce planning and talent analytics.
• Contribute to change management, training, and communication efforts to drive adoption.
• Ensure governance and documentation of position management processes and standards.

At RSM, an employee's pay at any point in their career is intended to reflect their experiences, performance, and skills for their current role. The salary range for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range. Compensation Range : $102,800 - $176,000. Individuals selected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
