Patient Access Specialist

A company is looking for a Patient Access Specialist, Part-time, Days (Remote - Must reside in IL, IN, IA, or WI).

Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service and maintain patient confidentiality

Collect and verify patient demographic information and schedule appointments

Participate in quality assurance reviews and suggest process improvements

Required Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent

2-3 years of customer service or medical office experience

Proficiency in computer data-entry and basic computer skills

Ability to type 40 wpm and multi-task effectively

Customer service oriented with strong organizational skills
