JOB SUMMARY
The Product Management Coordinator assists with product and system related projects. They will work creatively and pragmatically in conjunction with the Product Management Team to follow guidelines for product pricing, inventory management, and execution of the product line strategy. In addition to effectively communicating with our Manufacturing, Engineering, Sales, Quality Assurance, and Marketing teams on a daily basis.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop a comprehensive technical knowledge of product line
- Assist with development and maintenance of pricing modules for Sales with DOP
- Manage pricing, returns and credit processes?for assigned product lines.
- Collaboration with Sales, Engineering, QA, Manufacturing; Act as the bridge between departments to ensure customer demands and expectations are consistently met
- Communicate directly with PEER’s factories
- Work on special projects for Product Management, Quality Assurance, and Engineering
- Develop / update written instructions and procedures throughout the organization
- Assist with inventory analysis and forecasting
- Assist with developing brochures, catalogs, and other marketing material
- Promote the PEER brand to Sales Team by supporting and maintaining existing product line
- Skill to analyze and evaluate detailed Engineering Prints from Customers and Manufacturing Team
- Performs miscellaneous duties and projects as assigned and required
