Job Title : Technical Lead / Technical BA (Planisware)

Position Type : Contract to Hire

Location : Onsite - Foster City, CA / Raleigh, NC

The Technical Planisware Lead is responsible for the successful planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders. They act as a bridge between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring projects align with overall company goals.

Roles / Responsibilities

Project Planning and Execution :

Develop and manage project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

Break down project requirements into actionable tasks and deliverables.

Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

Manage project budgets and ensure projects stay within allocated resources.

Technical Expertise :

Possess a strong understanding of relevant technologies and software development processes.

Provide technical guidance and support to the project team.

Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Stakeholder Management :

Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure project alignment.

Team Leadership :

Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals.

Assign tasks and delegate responsibilities effectively.

Provide guidance and support to team members.

Qualifications / Education

Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering) or equivalent experience.

5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on technical projects.

Strong technical understanding and knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Desired Skills

Experience with specific technologies or software development platforms relevant to the company, specifically Planisware.

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar.

Experience with Agile methodologies.

Experience with risk management and mitigation.

5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on technical projects.
