Location: Portland, OR
Pay: $20 / HR
Key Responsibilities:
Pulling orders and responsible for accurate receiving, storing, and preparing/shipping product.
Daily use of stand up reach lift, stock picker, or sit down forklift
Loading container trucks by hand and hand trucks and manual pallet jacks.
Will train and certify in house.
Lifting 50+ lbs on a regular basis.
Reading, scanning, and recording bar code information.
Repacks or re-boxes cases per customer instructions.
Repairs and re-boxes damaged goods as required.
Qualifications:
Forklift experience required
Knowledge/ Skills: Must be able to read, count accurately, do simple math and write legibly. Computer experience required
Must be capable of standing and walking for extended periods.
Must be able to lift 50+ lbs
Must be able to handle stress caused in meeting deadlines with tight scheduling requirements.
Must be able to twist, stoop, squat, reach above shoulder level and crouch on a frequent basis.
Must be able to use proper lifting techniques.
Environment / Shift:
Third party logistics company.
Wide array of product from perishable food products to aerospace.
This project will be receiving and shipping product including paper, food, and various retail items.
8am - 4:30pm, Monday to Friday

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
