Job descriptionWork 1 : 1 with children in-home using individualized ABA treatment plans Teach communication, daily living, and social skills Collect data and collaborate with supervising BCBAs Support families through parent training and consistent communication Work Environment - This job operates in a client's home environment. Employees must feel comfortable going into client homes and neighborhoods within the assigned territory. 1+ year experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills A passion for helping children grow and succeed Reliable transportation to client homes in Streetsboro Part-time : MThF : 3 : 15pm-7 : 30pm and Sat : 9am-2pm (Full-time option also available) Pay : $17-$22 / hr Benefits : PTO, professional development
