Our company is growing, and we are adding a Boiler Technician who has the know-how to keep our customers and equipment in top shape. • Safely operate and control multiple boilers across different types of fuels
• Preventative maintenance of boilers, chillers, cooling towers, air compressors, and support equipment
• Pump maintenance, as well as piping and valve needs
• Daily checks and logs during shift to ensure optimum operation, including water testing and chemical additions
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment in the scope of operation
• Electrical work as needed- 24 volt DC control voltage up to 480 volt 3 phase AC to include switches and VFDs
• Facility upkeep and improvements Qualifications :
• Minimum of 2 years of plant boiler / powerhouse operation
• Basic skills in welding, pipefitting, and power tools
• Ability to work around process chemicals Compensation : $27+ hourly DOE
