Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed to support K-12 students in a school setting located in Lewes, DE. This position offers a contract for the full school year and focuses on delivering speech and language services to students with diverse needs. The role involves assessment, individualized therapy, and collaboration with educators and families to support student progress.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for K-12 students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
• Provide direct therapy to address articulation, fluency, voice, and language disorders
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student success
• Maintain documentation and progress reports in compliance with state and federal guidelines
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and support IEP development
