A company is looking for an HRIS Analyst to support HRIS functions and data management.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day support for ADP Workforce Now and manage HRIS data integrity
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for HRIS processes and troubleshoot system issues
Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and Benefits teams to ensure seamless data flow and conduct audits for compliance
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience with ADP Workforce Now
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field preferred
Solid background in HR, payroll, and benefits systems
Experience with implementation and operational HRIS tasks, including data migrations
Willingness to attend occasional in-person meetings in Hackettstown, NJ
