What We're Looking For
We are hiring independently licensed clinicians in Maryland who are eager to make a meaningful contribution and grow with us. We are particularly interested in candidates who :
Are willing to handle 15-21 sessions per week.
Are behavioral health generalists (open to providing care to couples and children with our support).
Value independence while also appreciating teamwork.
Have an interest in clinical leadership or supervisory roles.
Exhibit strong character—integrity, openness, and a dedication to high-quality care are essential.
Qualifications :
Must hold a valid LCSW-C, LCMFT, LCPC, or Licensed Psychologist credential in Maryland.
Must reside in and be licensed in the state where services are rendered.
Compensation :
Up to $53,200, contingent upon licensure type / level, session volume, and bonus potential.
