Job Description Summary Coordinates and implements the general fiscal, administrative, and research grant pre-award and post-award needs in support of the Addiction Sciences Division in the Department of Psychiatry & Behavioral Sciences. The Division is supportive of employee growth and professional development.
Job Duties
Review newly established accounts in WorkDay (Budgets, Award Lines, Subawards).
Review and approve research purchases in WorkDay for assigned projects, ensuring project budget allowability and compliance with State and University procurement policies.
Assist with preparation of grant and contract proposals and supplements including budgets, budget justifications, biosketches, F&A waivers, and letters of intent.
Preferred Experience and Additional Skills
Microsoft Excel proficiency required. Must possess attention to detail, strong mathematical skills, and experience with WorkDay preferred.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree and at least two years of business, personnel, grant-in-aid or public administration experience.
