Job Title : Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Dialysis Supervisor Location : Havasu Regional Medical Center, Lake Havasu City, AZ Employment Type : Travel Contract

Position Overview : Havasu Regional Medical Center is seeking a qualified Travel RN to serve as Dialysis Supervisor. This leadership role involves overseeing the dialysis unit’s clinical operations, ensuring high standards of patient care, and managing nursing staff and workflow.

Key Responsibilities :

Supervise daily dialysis operations, including staff scheduling, patient assignments, and treatment oversight

Provide direct patient care and monitor dialysis procedures for safety and effectiveness

Ensure compliance with hospital policies, state regulations, and federal standards

Train and mentor dialysis nursing staff, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability

Collaborate with nephrologists and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate individualized care plans

Maintain accurate documentation and participate in performance improvement initiatives

Manage inventory and ensure availability of dialysis supplies and equipment

Qualifications :

Required Education : Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)

Required Certifications : Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)

Years of Experience : Minimum of 2 years in dialysis nursing

Must Have Skills / Experience : Proven experience in dialysis care and supervisory responsibilities

Active RN license in Arizona or compact state eligibility

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

Proficiency in dialysis equipment and electronic health record systems
