Job description

Operations Manager

American Swim Academy's Senior Management team is looking for a career-driven Operations Manager to join our team in Fremont. The Operations Manager will be responsible for assisting Senior Management in the operation of the facility. Your duties will include swim instruction, member service, deck management and special projects.

Schedule : Tuesday - Saturday or Sunday - Thursday. The schedule will vary with opening and closing shifts. Must be able to work some nights as late as 8 : 45 p.m.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Service-driven management experience
  • Experience in aquatics or recreation

Responsibilities

  • Be the point of contact between management, staff, and members
  • Responsible for assisting in the management and training of all school staff
  • Responsible for teaching classes and in-water training

    • Compensation

  • $22.00 - $24.00 per hour depending on experience
  • Quarterly Bonus
  • A quarterly bonus is earned based on revenue achievement.
