SHIFTS (FT+PT) : 3pm - 11pm Or 11pm - 7am

SHIFTS (PRN) : Any 8 HOUR SHIFT (One Weekend Per Month Is Required)

Offering a $4000 Sign on Bonus for New Full-Time hires!

(FT Only) Waive all benefits and receive an extra $3.00 an hour

Hourly Rate : $32.00 – $39.00 / hr  (Based on Experience and Incentives) ALL INCLUSIVE

$2 Shift Differential (3pm -11pm Or 11pm-7am)

Responsibilities of LPN :

Provide patient care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the written plan of care, as well as physician’s plan of treatment

Follow a plan of care designed by Nurse Manager

Perform medication administration and treatments per plan of care (POC)

Monitor residents’ conditions and report accordingly

Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with orders provided

Qualifications of LPN :

A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an LPN in the state New Jersey

Ability to work with multiple patients at once

Valid BLS Certification (CPR)
