Location : Local Assignment (Hays, KS)

Our client is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist for a local temp-to-perm opportunity . This position offers the chance to work directly with patients to improve mobility, function, and quality of life within a supportive outpatient environment.

The assignment will start on a contract basis with the intent to transition to a permanent hire once a strong mutual fit is established — this is not intended to remain a long-term contract role .

Schedule : Full-time, flexible hours based on clinic needs

Compensation : Competitive hourly rate with opportunity for permanent employment and benefits upon conversion

Required Credentials\n-Active State Physical Therapy License (Kansas)\n-Current Resume (with recent experience)\n-BLS Certification (American Heart Association or equivalent)\n-TB Test (current within 12 months)\n-Hepatitis B or Declination (HSH)\n-Drug Screen\n-Background Check\n-Pre-Employment Forms / Screening
