Location : Brockton CSA / HBT Team
Hours : 40 per week
Salary Range : 33-35 / Hour

Provide intensive, home and community-based family therapy to youth and families in crisis, utilizing a team-based model to stabilize the family unit and prevent hospitalization.
Conduct diagnostic evaluations and provide individual and family psychotherapy.Deliver intensive support (3-4+ sessions / week per family) with a flexible schedule to meet family needs, including evenings.Maintain timely, accurate clinical records and secure necessary insurance authorizations.Participate in a 24 / 7 on-call rotation to provide critical crisis support.Facilitate team meetings with providers and families to ensure wraparound care.What You Bring :
Education : Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related clinical field.Experience : Experience providing therapy to youth and families; crisis intervention experience is a plus.Skills :Strong diagnostic and clinical assessment skills.
Excellent time management and organizational abilities.A team-oriented and growth mindset.Requirements : Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to work a flexible schedule.
