Construction Procurement Director

A company is looking for a Global Category Associate Director - Construction.

Key Responsibilities

Lead category strategy for Construction procurement and oversee business planning and governance

Forge strategic relationships with partners to align business priorities with category strategies

Drive supplier-enabled innovation and collaborate with Finance to capture value across the Construction category

Required Qualifications

Doctorate degree and 3 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree and 5 years, or a Bachelor's degree and 7 years, or an Associate's degree and 12 years, or a high school diploma / GED and 14 years of relevant experience

Experience leading Construction Procurement end-to-end from strategy development to value delivery

Strong background in Construction Procurement within the Biotech or Pharma industries

Expertise in Capital Construction Contracting and advanced Sourcing Excellence practices

Demonstrated ability to lead and align global teams across business functions
