A company is looking for Spring 2026 Litigation Clerkships for law students.

Key Responsibilities

Support active litigation, investigations, and settlement implementation

Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda

Review and analyze documents from various sources related to cases

Required Qualifications

Second- (2L) or third- (3L) year law student as of Spring 2026

Ability to commit 15 hours per week for a minimum of 10 weeks between January and May 2026

Knowledge and commitment to the organization's mission and areas of focus

Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
