Required Qualifications

Proven experience leading cross-functional engineering teams

Strong technical background in Solidity, Rust, and smart contract development

Familiarity with blockchain architecture and decentralized systems

Proficiency in CI / CD, testing frameworks, and DevOps best practices

Experience in scaling early-stage engineering teams in high-growth environments
