ServiceNow Technical Architect

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Technical Architect (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Participate in delivering complex customer solutions on the ServiceNow platform, advising clients on best practices

Define technical and design approaches, lead scrums, and oversee project quality and progress

Collaborate with Business Process Consultants to define customer requirements and assist with discovery workshops

Required Qualifications

6+ years of ServiceNow platform experience with a comprehensive understanding of the product suite

10+ years of related client-facing professional consulting experience, preferably with ServiceNow

Demonstrated experience with Agile methodology and leading sprint planning efforts

Experience in supervising code migrations and providing feedback on defect remediation

Certifications such as CSA, CAD, and ITSM (CIS) in multiple process areas are a plus
