About The Position

Responsibilities :

Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patients’ physical, cognitive, and emotional abilities.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and needs.

Provide therapeutic interventions, including exercises, activities, and adaptive equipment training.

Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safe use of assistive devices.

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, physical therapists, and other healthcare professionals.

Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Adjust treatment plans as patients’ conditions or progress changes.

Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and professional standards.

Job Requirements

Qualifications :

Education : Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.

Licensure : Active state license as an Occupational Therapist (OT).

Certification : NBCOT certification preferred.

Experience : 1–2 years of clinical experience preferred; new graduates welcome.

Skills : Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
