The Sales Trainee is responsible to learn all business functions associated with Butler Ag's business and provide sales support to various departments as needed. Responsibilities :

• Become fluent with all brands, equipment, and services we represent in our Ag business
• Learn and become an expert user of all relevant business systems such as DBS, BMTS, and CloudLink
• Job Shadow various departments and individuals at the stores and the corporate office to familiarize yourself with Butler Machinery business processes, programs, procedures, and culture
• Develop relationships with specific customer accounts assigned to you with a planned approach set forth by your manager
• Support Ag Product Specialists and Heavy Demo Equipment Operators with machine start-ups or demoes throughout the territory
• Complete all assigned Online Product Training to familiarize yourself with our product offerings.
• Assist with setup and work the farm shows throughout the territory
• Travel required : Day trips to support neighboring stores, overnights to attend trade shows / training, and job shadows or support at Corporate or other facilities
• Works within and promotes the vision, mission, and values of BMC
• Performs other duties as assigned
