As part of the Brand & Marketing Services department, we design and deliver impactful meetings, conferences, and special events across the globe for our Retail, Retirement, and Institutional businesses. Role Summary : We're seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Senior Event Planner to join our fast-paced team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on juggling multiple priorities, managing complex logistics, and delivering exceptional event experiences. You'll be responsible for leading the end-to-end planning and execution of meetings, conferences, and special events across North America, supporting our Retail, Retirement, and Institutional businesses. Success in this role requires strong project management skills, the ability to think outside the box, and a passion for creating memorable, high-impact experiences. You'll collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners, manage budgets, and ensure every detail aligns with business goals and brand standards. Salary range is expected to be between $86,250.00 CAD - $155,250.00 CAD. The actual salary will vary based on the local market conditions, geography, and relevant job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education / training.
