Description : Paylocity

  • Provide payroll back-up using Paylocity. Ability to help the employee base using other modules within Paylocity.

Recruiting & Onboarding

  • Assist with job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination, using Paylocity.
  • Support the offer and pre-employment process, offer letters, scheduling drug screens, onboarding documentation, communicate frequently with management and follow up with action items.
  • Develop / prepare onboarding deck / handouts and assist with new hire orientation.
  • Help ensure new employees are integrated into the company culture, safety programs, and manufacturing workflows. (Have proper computer, access, etc…)

    • Employee Relations & Communication

  • Develop Community Page that all employees refer to and use (forms, postings, etc…)
  • Assist in maintaining open lines of communication between HR and employees on the production floor.
  • Assist in putting itinerary and developing curriculum for Supervisor meetings

    • HR Administration

  • Employee files
  • Audit New-Hire paperwork, I-9’s, ensure complianc

    • Safety Support

  • Ensure Tracker’s, track what we need them to
  • Ensure proper documentation for worker’s compensation, leave requests, and policy acknowledgments.
  • Support safety committee meetings by recording minutes and following up on action items.

    • Requirements : Qualifications :

  • Has or are pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to handle confidential information.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.

    • Physical Requirements :

  • Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
  • Walking and standing for short periods of time.

    • Work Environment :

  • Fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing environment with frequent standing, walking.
  • May be exposed to noise, dust, and fluctuating temperatures.
