Job Description

Manage commercial construction projects from planning through execution and delivery. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are achieved. Monitor budgets, timelines, and resource allocation for optimal project performance. Ensure compliance with construction regulations and safety standards. Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and management. Identify and mitigate risks to maintain project continuity. Lead project teams and foster a culture of collaboration and accountability. Evaluate project outcomes to identify areas for improvement in future initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager - Commercial should have : a degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field. Proven expertise in managing commercial construction projects. Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety protocols. Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. A results-driven mindset with attention to detail.
