Job Description

AECOM is currently seeking a Program Manager III for our Philadelphia, PA office to work for a national client in a large historical court house.

This person will be responsible for but not limited to the following :

• Manages one or more very complex project, involving a combination of the following : Clients with a national geographic footprint; OR, Projects involving a full spectrum of services offered by IE
• Work on other complexities, such as projects that involve litigation, environmental protection, due diligence, etc.
• Manages all phases of projects (from beginning to close out).
• Has consenting and regulatory authority for approvals.
• Manages other Project Managers.
• Provides guidance to employees within the latitude of established policies.
• Establishes procedures that affect immediate organization.
• Works on issues of diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors, including understanding of current business trends.
• Acts as advisor to subordinates to meet schedules and / or resolve technical problems.
• May have budget responsibilities. Erroneous decision or failure to achieve results adds to costs and may impact short-term goals of organization.
• Oversees the administration of projects during the construction cycle including technical, financial, and client satisfaction.
