With technical and leadership expertise, you manage engineers across multiple teams and locations, a large product budget and oversee the deployment of large-scale projects across multiple sites internationally.

We are creating seamless, intelligent, and agentic cross-device experiences for Android. We are building the next generation of Android's multi-device interactions, with a focus on cross-device platform and other advanced AI to create magical user experiences. Our team works on cross-device features that will reach millions of users.

In this role, you will be responsible for shaping the future of Android's cross-device experiences. You will be expected to operate with a high degree of autonomy, addressing ambiguous, large-scale problems and providing technical leadership to the team and the broader organization. Android is Google’s mobile operating system powering more than 3 billion devices worldwide. Android is about bringing computing to everyone in the world. We provide the platform for original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and developers to build compelling computing devices (smartphones, tablets, TVs, wearables, etc) that run the best apps / services for everyone in the world. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $248,000-$349,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
