We are partnering with a well-established, growth-focused insurance agency seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Sales Producer to join their team. This is an opportunity for a producer who wants real support, real autonomy, and real earning potential—without micromanagement.

What You’ll DoDevelop and grow a commercial lines book of business across targeted industries
Prospect, quote, bind, and retain accounts with full internal support
Build long-term client relationships through consultative selling
Collaborate with account management and service teams for seamless client experience
Leverage agency-provided tools, markets, and technology to maximize production
Base salary + commission (negotiable based on experience)
Unlimited PTO – performance-driven, not time-clock driven
Strong internal service and account management support

Commercial Lines sales experience (mid-market and/or small business)
Strong understanding of P&C coverages

Active P&C license required
