• 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.\n
• Must have at least 24 months of Progressive Care Unit experience within the past 3 years.\n
• 3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.\n\nRequirements\n
• Candidates must have a Rhode Island license or compact license (required for submission).\n
• This role will require floating to multiple units Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <25 miles from facility will be processed as local.\n
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.\n
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.\n
• 24 months between Staff at Program : AMN Program - Brown University Health\n\nPre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process.\n\nAdditional Details\n\nRequired Skills / Experience : Float experience does not count towards the unit experience requirement.\n\nTrachs, ETT, and drips\n\nPreferred Credentials : NM prefers an ICU skillset but this is a PCU / Stepdown unit designation\n\nUnit / Facility Details : Staffing is assessed every 4 hours\n\nShift & Scheduling : Must be able to start within 3 weeks of requested start date. ASAP start dates are required to start within 6 weeks.\n\nStart Dates : 10 / 27, 11 / 10, 11 / 24\n\nEvery other weekend\n\nHolidays per unit needs (staff rotation)\n\n5 days maximum time off. Facility holidays : 10 / 31 / 2025, 11 / 27 / 2025, 12 / 24 / 2025, 12 / 25 / 2025, 12 / 31 / 2025.
