Coaching & Development : Provide structured mentorship and coaching for team members to enhance their skills and promote professional growth. Performance Management : Monitor and evaluate agent performance, offering feedback and strategies for improvement. Goal Setting : Collaborate with team members to establish individual and team goals, ensuring alignment with company objectives. Networking : Attend industry events and build relationships within the real estate community to enhance recruitment potential. Brand Awareness : Promote Keller Williams Realty's core values and culture to attract and retain top talent. Team Meetings : Organize and lead regular meetings to discuss progress, address challenges, and celebrate achievements. Requirements Experience : Minimum of 3 years in a recruiting, coaching and or leadership role. Leadership Skills : Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a team towards achieving set goals. Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse individuals. Analytical Skills : Strong capability to analyze business metrics and identify areas for improvement. Problem-solving : Adept at identifying problems and implementing effective solutions. Time Management : Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Local Knowledge : Familiarity with the Miami Beach real estate market is advantageous.
