Publicly held niche pharma organization seeks a Manager, External Financial Reporting. This is a rapidly expanding company that is relocating its headquarters to Boston (3-4 days / week in office). Occasional travel (up to 15%) may be required

Responsibilities of the Manager, External Financial Reporting :

design, implement and maintain internal controls to ensure financial and regulatory compliance while performing risk assessment

prepare and review SEC filings and preserve SOX compliance

research and evaluate techical accounting matters

Qualifications for the Manager, External Financial Reporting :

BS accounting and CPA and roots in Big 4 strongly preferred

• 3+ years' experience in a technical accounting / SEC reporting / SOX compliance capacity
• ERP systems expertise within the local pharma or biotech space strongly preferred
