Responsibilities :

Respond promptly to patient inquiries and provide accurate information regarding services or appointments.

Manage inbound and outbound calls to address questions and resolve issues effectively.

Assist healthcare providers by transferring calls and ensuring seamless communication.

Handle order entry and maintain accurate records within the system.

Collaborate with team members to ensure timely follow-up with patients and doctors.

Deliver excellent customer service by addressing concerns with empathy and professionalism.

Utilize call center software to track and manage customer interactions.

Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in all tasks.

Requirements :

Previous experience in customer service, preferably within a call center or healthcare setting.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls.

Familiarity with order entry systems and data management.

Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
