CSR / Sales Support (Account Management)

$28-35 / hr DOE

• Role is 100% on-site in Camarillo, CA
• Must have strong CSR / Sales Support experience within a manufacturing organization
• About the Role Seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to deliver exceptional service and operational support to our customers and sales team. In this role, you’ll manage the full order cycle—from quoting through successful delivery—while ensuring accuracy, clear communication, and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Qualifications
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of customer service experience in a manufacturing or regulated environment (Biopharma or ISO industry preferred).
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Strong Excel; solid math and accounting skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
