The RN will play a vital role in delivering direct nursing care, monitoring health conditions, and providing emotional and educational support to patients and their families.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n

• Deliver professional nursing care tailored to individual patient needs.\n
• Administer medications, treatments, and medical procedures as prescribed.\n
• Monitor and document patient conditions and communicate updates with the care team.\n
• Collaborate with family members and caregivers to provide education and support.\n
• Maintain a safe, clean, and positive environment for patients.\n
• Comply with all state regulations and organizational policies regarding home health care.\n\nQualifications : \n
• Current and valid New York State RN license.\n
• CPR certification (required).\n
• Prior experience in home care or a similar setting (preferred).\n
• Strong clinical and critical thinking skills.\n
• Ability to work independently while adhering to care plans and protocols.\n
• Compassionate, reliable, and excellent communication skills.\n\nShift Details : \n
